“Eastern exit” - a new exit from Ufa to the federal highway M-5 "Ural" and a unique object of capital construction in the transport system not only of the Republic of Bashkortostan, but also of Russia. The project is being implemented under a concession agreement and is of great importance for the development of the transport and logistics potential of the republic, the development of the Ufa agglomeration on the territory of Zaufimye, the creation of a modern transport infrastructure, new jobs and a favorable investment climate.


The implementation of the project will reduce the load on the street road network and reduce the time of departure to the M-5 Ural highway. The concession agreement provides for the completion of the construction of a road tunnel, the construction of a bridge over the river. Ufa and a toll highway, as well as the creation of a toll collection system and an automated traffic control system (ASUDD)

Tunnel

The length of the tunnel crossed three aquifers, in one of which the water pressure was more than 2.5 atmospheres. The biggest and most difficult part of the work in the tunnel is the tunneling, which began in 2020 and was completed in March 2023.
